habeas corpus anyone?…
I have been enrolled in Mark Joyner’s free Simpleology 101 course and because of that, have been reading his blog. Recently, an entry of his resonated my beliefs about what is happening in this country we happen to call home. The cartoon at the end of this post demonstrates the insanity of the non-thinking citizens of many countries of the world, particularly the United States.
It has become frowned upon to discuss political issues such as investigating the impeachment of Vice President, Dick Cheney, or questioning why Bush took us into an undeclared war when there were NO WEAPONS of MASS DESTRUCTION, or what really happened on that fateful 9/11, which gave this administration the ‘reason’ to begin taking away our freedoms to help fight this undefined “War on Terror”., a war that will never end because the biggest terrorists are the ones that started the war! (this line could get me picked up and taken away!)
Just as the “War on Drugs” will never be won nor the “Cure for Cancer” will never be found, this “War on Terror” will only allow the power hungry bullies to create more and more laws that will erode our independence and move us closer and closer to a police state.

So, there you have it. I admit, I have been asking questions all my life., especially when what I question concerns my personal freedoms. I believe that we no longer have freedom to vote for who we want, or shall I say, we can vote for em, but, that does NOT mean that the media will allow them to win. Look what happened in 2000! When we accept an electronic voting machine that does not give you a receipt, we are accepting the illusion of voting. If an ATM can give you a receipt for depositing money, then a voting machine can give you a receipt for who you voted for.
The media conglomerates control the television, newspapers and radio. They decide what to tell us, and the sad truth is that people actually believe that what is being told to them through the mass media is the truth. Have you ever seen the movie, The Network, from 1976? If not, go to your closest video store and check it out.
Open your eyes, clean the cobwebs out of your brain, put your thinking cap on and go to town! Research history, explore the web, find out the real truth and get involved.
Stand up for your freedoms, find your voice, spread the truth.
