Watch the new EFT video

Several months ago I was introduced to the free Simpleology course offered online. I took the course and started doing the recommended Daily Target Praxis. I now describe it as my  ”first thing I do in the morning” list. Setting the focus for my day really helps me to prioritize and because of this new habit, it appears I am getting things done. My computer at the time was an old desktop, so congested there was not enough room on my hard drive to defrag. I could not load photos. I stopped making any entries here and just started making more stained glass art. And I enjoyed myself.

Well, I now have a new laptop with plenty of memory and hard drive. So, I now want to learn of a program that will allow me to correct the photos of my stained glass mirror art. I will be investigating Photoshop Elements & Essentials. They have a free trial period. I should be able to spend enough time with the program to know if it will do what I want. In the meantime, I have been able to take pictures of some of the other Yoga Postures that I have been creating. The latest is the Wheel Posture, wheel-posture.jpg. As with the other postures, I use the rainbow of colors to represent the chakras of the body, and with this pose, I have an overlay of a wheel with the glass nuggets at the ends of the spokes. There is always a heart in each piece also.

Another posture that I am more familiar with because it is part of the Bikram Hot Yoga series, is the Eagle Posture. In this pose, your arms are twisted around each other eagle-posture.jpgand your legs are also twisted around each other as you squat down. You feel it in all of your joints. In this pose, I have an eagle in white wispy glass overlaid to let you know it is the Eagle Posture.

In so many things that I read, it says ‘to do what you love’. I am so enjoying what I am doing these days. I am grateful that my “job” gives me 4 days a week to do whatever I desire. And that I have found a way to spend my time creating pretty things.
