It’s about the water. By now, you probably know that we are made up of approximately 70% water. And, if you ever read anything by Dr. Emoto, a research scientist from Japan, you found out that our words and our thoughts can change the structure of water. Amazing! And upon further study, research also indicates that the ph of our bodies greatly impacts our health. We are meant to be alkaline on the inside and acidic on the outside.
There is a list of common foods and whether or not they are alkaline or acid ash inside our bodies. Making sure we eat on the alkaline side sure does help, but, too often, acid foods are part of our daily fare (esp. with the standard American diet). Thankfully, I recently found out that in other countries, there are water ionizing machines that not only purify the tap water coming from our spigots, but, can regulate the ph of the water. Thus, we can drink alkaline water and bathe in acidic water.

My first experience with alkaline water was a small sachet that you could carry with you and put in a bottle of water and voila… too much of a hassle, and you are still using a lot of plastic bottles!
