Immune System Protectors
Summer will be coming to a close soon. School will start back and somewhere along the way, the media will begin talking about the Swine Flu again and perhaps preparing folks for getting their ‘flu shot’.
I have NEVER gotten a flu shot, and do not remember ever having the flu. I attribute this to eating as healthfully as I can. That means nothing that comes from an animal, nor their secretions, ie. milk, cheese, butter, eggs. I also do E3AFA blue green algae on a daily basis. This is a truly unique super food that grows wild in a lake in Klamath Falls, Oregon. I could feel it in my body within 15 minutes of consuming it.
