Deborah Tracy
I was born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, PA. A middle child, I perceived myself as lost in the shuffle and learned to ‘act out’ to get the attention I craved. Throughout my life I have struggled with being on this planet. At the age of 35, feeling there must be some reason on this earth for my existance other than self-destruction, I surrendered to a recovery program. Realizing that addiction permeates all areas of my life, I continue to pursue balance, learning to be gentle with myself during the low times, celebrating the good, as I walk my path back home. Recognizing the good vibrations and where they can take us, I focus on doing what keeps me in the higher, happier vibrations.
Exploring how I most enjoy passing my days, the stained glass medium has become one of my favorite outlets. Being creative, staying engaged in the present moment are daily goals. Looking for the sunny side of the situation, or what lesson is to be learned? helps keep out the judgement towards self and others.
Being close to my grandson while he is young is a priority. Seeing him learn to read and write, watching as he tackles all sorts of “art projects” and discover what brings him joy. Celebrating the arrival of my new grand daughter, Avery Elizabeth, in February, 2008. These are the highlights of my todays.

Deborah,
September 26th, 2009 at 5:16 amon your used Vitamix commercial 4000 unit, when did you purchase the extra blades and gaskets? I read somewhere that there are no parts available from VM for the 3600 and 4000 models. a lot of people are very upset about this and it’s making me afraid to buy one of these 4000’s on eBay.
